Yes, we provide meals for volunteers in Nepal, usually two meals per day.

Payment and Cancellation

Once you receive your confirmation, you can secure your place. You do this by transferring a reservation fee of 100 euro to our bank account. If you book multiple programs for a longer term we might ask more. As soon as your reservation fee has been received by Real Journey Nepal, we will provide you with all the information and support you need to prepare for your upcoming volunteer program.

The payment of remaining fees are to be made in cash once you arrive at the Real Journey Nepal office and can be paid in Nepali rupees, American Dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros in cash.

There are no hidden fees. The program fee covers accommodation, meals, and other program-related expenses.

As our projects are totally rely on volunteers’ fees and lots of work have already been done by the person in charge to secure your placement. Therefore, the reservation fee euro 100 is not refundable.

Once registered and before they begin their placement, the volunteer may change the start date and program duration once, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
